  Securely pack the unused beauty products in their original packaging, ensuring all safety seals are intact and the Return Authorization Number is clearly labeled.

  Ship the Items

  Drop off your package at any authorized carrier location using the pre-paid shipping label provided by our customer support team via email.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our quality control team inspects the returned items, your refund or exchange will be processed to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
